Joanne Schilling
Choir Director

Joanne originally hailed from WI, and has sung “forever” in church, school choirs, and community theatres.  After 20 years practicing public relations in the Marine Corps, she retired to Colorado where she returned to college to earn a degree in vocal performance, and opened a private voice studio for five years.  The desire to “grow old” with her twin sister moved her to return to Wisconsin in 2005.

She became the Trinity choir director in 2012, and thinks it’s the best “job” ever!

Ashley Beffa
Education, Youth & Family

Ashley began working at Trinity in September, 2018.  She grew up mostly in Cameron, WI but graduated from Rice Lake High School.  Her dad encouraged and put her through college and she graduated with an Associates Degree in Finance and a Technical Diploma in Accounting from WITC.

After she met her husband, Zach Beffa, they moved to Appleton, WI for career opportunities.  They loved serving their communities by volunteering at United Way and The Boys and Girls Club events.  After having two children and losing her dad, mother-in-law, and her two grandparents they decided to move back to Birchwood to raise their family in a small community and closer to family.  She currently works full-time at Dairy State Bank but wanted to further serve her community and has accepted the Education, Youth and Family Coordinator position.
